Courtyard(s) House

The Courtyard House is actually composed of a series of courtyards, each provided a connection to nature for each internal living space it addresses. Located on a steep site the house is approached from its highest point, descending from the summit along a singular and directional staircase to a panoramic living / dining space. From here there is a master bed suite and additional bedrooms below leading down to the waterfront.
